Return And Exchange Policy

Jopelle Return and Exchange Policy is not more complicated. Read it carefully.

We Use standard US and EUR, GBP Sizes to help for the perfect size.

Please attention that natural leather expands by about half a size to take the shape of your feet.

If you still want to exchange your juttis for another size then notify us by an email within 48 Hrs of product being delivered to you.

You can return it to us direct at Address : House No. 66, Lala Laj Pat Rai Colony 5th Road Sardarpura Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342008, within one week in its original Packing.

In such Case the customer should send a mail to [email protected] and response is guaranteed from us.

We do not entertain queries regarding refund & cancellation request.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Step 1: You have to Call / Text / Whatsapp at +91-9468888592 or Inbox us at Face book with details of your exchange requirements. (With Order No/ID)

Step 2: You have to send us the item to be Exchanged on following address:-
House No. 66, Lala Laj Pat Rai Colony 5th Road Sardarpura Jodhpur.

Step 3: We will inspect the exchange item and check that you sent the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or used we may not be able to accept the exchange.

Returns

You have 14 Calendar days to return and Exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Please note all exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, we will ship the exchange parcel to customer without any charges.
